SiteStory offers two primary methods of search.

• Global Search

• Quick Search

Using Global Search

1. The Global Search field is always available at the top of the screen.

2. A global search will return Members, Sites, and Stories results. 

3. You can search using a Site name, Site reference or Member name.

For example, if you search using a Site reference number, the result will list the Site matching the reference number and the latest Stories recorded for the Site.

Using Quick Search

1. Quick Search is available within individual modules of SiteStory. The quick search allows you to search and filter views specifically for the module you are in.

For example, if you are in the Sites module and want to search for an Active Site, you can use the quick search to search by the Site name or reference.

Note: Quick Search will only search the view that you have selected. To search scheduled sites, you must select the Scheduled tab in the Sites module.
