The Dashboard in SiteStory is designed to help you easily identify sites that DO NOT have a Story recorded, we call this "management by exception". It allows you to determine which sites are approaching completion without Stories recorded, so you can contact the team member responsible for the site and remind them to record a Story before the site completes (job/booking finishes).
To help ensure that Stories do get recorded, a Push notification is also sent to the mobile app of the team member(s) assigned to the Site when 50% of the Site duration (job/booking duration) has expired.
The Dashboard is live and displays Active Sites based on the Start and End times. Think of it as providing a real-time view of all of your active Sites, highlighting those that do not have Stories recorded.
Tip: Keep the Dashboard open on a separate screen or, better still, a large monitor or TV, so you don't miss anything.
2. The Dashboard contains three columns. Each column displays a count at the top and a Site list below.
Total Active Sites - This shows all of your current Active Sites.
Sites with No Stories - This shows Active Sites with no Stories recorded that are less than 85% complete.
Sites Ending without Stories - This shows Active Sites that are greater than 85% complete, with no Story.
Note: Under each Site in the list is a progress bar that visually indicates the remaining active time of the Site in the context of its total duration.
3. A Site will NOT be displayed in the "Sites with no Stories" or "Sites Ending without Stories" columns if at least ONE Story has been recorded for it.
